Yale EKG sample: model results

Seven de-identified EKGs (PNG screenshots), run blind. Each score is the model’s probability of LVEF ≤ 40%: near 0 means normal EF, near 1 means low EF; 0.5 is the cutoff.
Enter the echo result for each EKG below to see how the calls compare, and widen the grey zone to set aside low-confidence calls.

How the calls compare with echo

Sensitivity and specificity count only the EKGs the model answered (outside the grey zone). AUROC uses every EKG with an echo entry. With seven EKGs, one EKG moves sensitivity or specificity by 25–50 points, so read these as a first look, not a performance estimate.
